These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
For disputes that cannot be resolved through 55ace's internal dispute resolution process, members operating within the Philippine regulatory framework may escalate to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
55ace reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via the email address or mobile number on file, and the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the 55ace Platform following notification of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the 55ace Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
